Your bill is the authority’s record

Amounts, due dates and arrears are whatever your authority’s official portal shows. Guides on this site explain the process; where an authority does not publish a tariff or fee, we say so rather than estimate one. If anything here conflicts with the official portal or your printed bill, the official record is correct.

Payments

We never take payments. Pay only through your bank, a mobile wallet, an authorised agent, or a payment option on the official portal itself.
